Peterborough Ear Care is owned and run by Piers Cooper. Piers was a Registered Hearing Aid Dispenser for many years before moving into the management of Audiology and ENT services with a major independent-sector NHS provider.

Missing being hands-on, he re-trained with the Ear Care Academy and completed the theory and practical courses in ear care and microsuction, which then led to him launching Peterborough Ear Care in 2025.
