Pricing

Our standard charge (before any promotional offers) is £65 for a standard earwax consultation. This covers wax removal for one or both ears. There is no reduction for single-ear removal.

Currently we have £5 off, meaning your appointment will be £60 if booked before 12pm 31st Dec 2025.

Home visit appointments tend to be more expensive than those delivered in a clinic, primarily due to the extra time each appointment takes. We keep an eye on local prices periodically to ensure our rates are competitive - typically these are around £68-£69, so we believe we offer good value.

If neither ear has any wax to remove, we will make a partial refund of £30 of the consultation fee. The remainder is retained to cover costs.

Please ask for a quote for nursing homes, sheltered housing, and other multi-appointment bookings on the same day.

Availability of Appointments

We aim to offer appointments at convenient times for our clients - these tend to be afternoons or early evenings, and some weekend time is also scheduled to allow flexibility when choosing an appointment. As a small business, we currently run slightly condensed weekly timings. Please see table below.

At times of high demand we cannot guarantee availability of slots to suit everyone, but we do flex our offering where possible. Please contact us if you cannot find an appointment to suit your needs.
