We want you to feel safe at your home visit appointment.

Chaperones

We are unable to provide chaperones.

Currently you will be seen by a male clinician. If you have any concerns we would encourage you to have a friend or family member you trust in attendance for your appointment.

All patient-facing staff have Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certification which is renewed annually.

Masks

Masks are no longer mandatory but we understand that some clients still have health conditions that make them vulnerable. Our clinicians carry a supply of face masks and will be happy to wear one on request - you can do so in advance at booking, or via our contact page, or at the door.
