Standard Charge is £65 for a home visit appointment.

If no wax is found, we will refund £30*. The remainder is kept as a call out and admin fee.

Appointments involve:

  • History taking and otoscopic examination of the ears before and after wax removal

  • Microsuction and/or manual wax removal from one or both ears

  • Advice and guidance

Wax removal booking

We're here to make your earwax removal as easy as possible. That’s why we give you the option to book and pay for your home visit via the link below. This takes you away from this site to select a time and date and pay for your appointment**.

Appointment times allow for travel, and we aim to be with you in the first 15 minutes of your slot.

PLEASE NOTE BEFORE BOOKING:

  • We do not accept bookings for patients under 18 years of age.

  • Where safe to do so, we advise you to use Olive Oil Ear Drops^ for at least 7 days before an appointment. If unsure about using drops, please speak to your pharmacist.

  • Currently, we serve only PE3 and PE4 postcodes. If you live outside these areas please use the contact form to enquire.

  • At present, all of our appointments are in the comfort of your own home. Please do not attend the business address for your appointment, we will visit you.

  • We will require access to a single plug socket to power our equipment.

    *Card refunds are processed online, and while refunds are normally processed same-day or next working day, depending on the card provider may take longer.
