Wax removal booking

We're here to make your earwax removal as easy as possible. That’s why we give you the option to book and pay for your home visit via the link provided. This allows you to select a time and date and pay for your appointment*

Appointment times allow for travel, and we aim to be with you in the first 15 minutes of your appointment slot.

PLEASE NOTE BEFORE BOOKING:

  • We do not accept bookings for clients under 18 years of age.

  • Where safe to do so, we advise you to use Olive Oil Ear Drops^ for at up to 7 days before an appointment. If unsure about using drops, please speak to your pharmacist.

  • Currently, we serve PE1 - PE5 postcodes but we can be flexible. If you live outside these areas please use the contact form to enquire.

  • At present, all of our appointments are in the comfort of your own home. Please do not attend the business address for your appointment, we will visit you.

  • For ease, it is best if we can provide the service at a dining table, with room for our equipment, since we need easy close access to your ears and a flat surface in line of sight for the screen used during home visits. A plug socket nearby will let us power our equipment - the suction machine needs mains electricity (we bring an extension cable).

*Please see terms and conditions for more detail

^Please do not use culinary olive oil
